Workshops for your balance


You probably read the terms stress balance and resilience everywhere right now.

But what is behind it? And above all: can you do something with it? How can you make your life more mindful and resilient in order to better deal with everyday stress?


Take a little time out and find your balance!

In my four-hour workshop, I will use gentle yoga, meditation and mindfulness exercises to show you practical methods that will help you find yourself and calm down in your everyday life. We will also find out which general or individual stress factors are hindering and blocking you. And together we will find out what you can do practically for yourself, even on a small scale, to strengthen your resilience.
