In my four-hour workshop, I will show you practical methods using gentle yoga, meditation and mindfulness exercises that will help you find yourself and calm down in your everyday life. We will also find out which general or individual stress factors are hindering and blocking you. And together we will find out what you can do practically for yourself, even on a small scale, to strengthen your resilience.
