Feet in the sand, head in the wind and the sun on your body. This is what a real break feels like...
But what do you do if you don't live by the sea? And is that the only place that connects us with ourselves?
I always find this time out on my yoga mat and in nature. With my horses and on vacation - and then on the beach).
On my website I would like to take you along and inspire you. Maybe it is a thought that I share here, a picture or an idea - no matter what it is: let yourself be taken along and find a place here where you can take a break.
