Ashtanga Yoga - Mysore Style
"Mysore Style" or "Assisted Self-Practice" is the traditional way of practicing Ashtanga Yoga. Your practice can be individually adapted to your daily form and your needs.
You have never practiced Ashtanga Yoga or yoga at all? I will help you develop your own practice and/or further develop your existing practice. I will support you with individual instructions and tips.
