Take 90 minutes for yourself – time to relax, move and find your balance.
During the Mee(h)r in Balance-Yoga class we combine Ashtanga Yoga and Somatic Movement into a holistic practice that brings body and mind into harmony.
This course is open to all levels - from beginners to experienced yogis. You are welcome to develop your own path to inner balance.

Start your Sunday morning with positive vibes and come to Sunday Balance – the yoga class that gives you the perfect start to the day.
With a mixture of meditation, flowing Ashtanga-based practice and somatic movement, you can concentrate entirely on your well-being. The practice is gentle and gives you space to clear your head and find your personal balance.
Take your 90 minutes to move, relax and focus – your very own me-time.
Sunday Balance is suitable for all levels – from beginners to experienced yogis.
