Our fitness and, above all, our own mindset can be crucial for the horse's well-being and performance. My workshops and personal training focus on exercises that help you improve your body awareness and thus your riding skills. Because only when you have a good seat can you give good aids.

The body is one thing, but without a good, stable mindset it just doesn't work. Using the philosophy of yoga, tools for stress management and coaching-based elements, I will help you to look at your inner attitude towards yourself and your abilities and to make it applicable to your riding.
