Since 2023, Finya has accompanied me to my yoga classes and workshops.
Finya is a small, friendly and very open-minded Welsh Springer Spaniel lady.
In the future, she will be trained as a therapy dog. This way, she can support me and my participants and clients in coaching sessions, interventions and in group settings.
In the yoga room, Finya stays in her crate and relaxes there with us. So if you are afraid of dogs, that's not a problem - she doesn't run around freely in the room.
Do you have any questions or concerns? Please feel free to ask me about it when you book an appointment.
"If one seeks enlightenment in the remote gong- and yeti-haunted valleys not far from the centre of the Discworld, the first words one reads are in The Life of the Ever-Surprised Wen.
And the reader's first question is: "Why was he always surprised?"
And then he learns:
"Wen thought about the nature of time and realized that the universe is being recreated moment by moment. Therefore, he realized, there is really no past, only the memory of it. You blink, and the world you see afterwards did not exist when your eyes were closed.
Therefore, Wen concluded, there can be only one appropriate state for consciousness: surprise. And the only appropriate state for the heart is joy.
The sky you see now is something you have never seen before.
The perfect moment is now. Be happy about it!"
